Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Department is responsible for administering and enforcing all codes and ordinances adopted by the Town of Roland. This includes inspections of building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work, as well as plan review pertaining to new construction. The Code Enforcement Department is also responsible for enforcing property maintenance codes including nuisance and zoning requirements, as well as the issuance all building permits and business licenses.
